President Sirleaf delivers her 9th Annual Message

This is what President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf must do if she is serious about obtaining the facts as it relates to the Sable Bribery Scandal:

##1. Prove beyond all reasonable doubt that she herself is not involved;

##2. Appoint a special prosecutor with impeccable record and set a fixed time period for the investigation;

And #3. Set-up a 10-member oversight committee comprised of representatives from civil society; the Nat’l Bar Assoc., the Clergy, Students assoc., and genuine opposition leaders.

The first step in the process must be the identification of “Bigboy 1 & 2”. Anything other than this will be considered business as usual, which will be a clear indication that President Sirleaf had full knowledge of the Sable Bribery Scam.
